Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless you have a registered professional account. Professional Accounts will only refund unopened Hair Products, tools, and accessories.

 

We will offer an exchange for products deemed by Cake Hair Extensions as a Manufacturer defect which are limited to: Extreme Color Fading, Damaged product and Inversion. The warranty is void if the hair has been colored, chemically treated, or if the extensions have been cut.
